Handmade Flowers

Hi there
I tried my hand at making a couple of handmade flowers. Thank goodness for you-tube LOL. Sorry the quality of the photos are really poor! These are the simplest flowers to make. Punch out 8 scallop circles (or cut them with your cricut/scal/mtc etc), ink the edges, spritz each circle with water, roll them up into little balls, then carefully unfold the balls, stack the 8 flowers (crinkly by now) on top of each other. Take a piercing tool and make a hole through all 8 layers, place a brad through to hold them all together, then work from the inside out, bringing one petal up at a time, squishing it upward, then the next around that one and so on until you have done all 8. Then just fiddle about opening it out until you get the look you want. Spritz the whole flower with glimmer mist if you want for a sparkly/shiny finish.
